Livestock

Livestock BarnOur 2011 livestock show is really special! Come see the dairy cows, beef cattle, several breeds of goats and sheep, donkeys, llamas, horses, ponies and pot bellied and regular pigs. Our wonderful animal parade is scheduled for Saturday and we will also host a drill team of Morgan horses and huge draft horses. And don't forget the chickens, turkeys and ducks in the poultry exhibit.

This year we are especially excited to welcome local spinners to demonstrate their craft and skill at the livestock show. Come and see the "magic" of how raw wool is spun into yarn. Audience members will be give an opportunity to try their hand at this venerable art. We are also planning a sheep-shearing demo!
