Yorktown Grange Fair - Westchester's Agricultural Fair

Welcome to the 84th Annual Yorktown Grange Fair! We are looking forward to seeing you on September 4, 5, 6 and 7.

This year the fair will include the livestock show, with farm animals including cows, pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, horses; flower and produce tents featuring home-grown produce and floral exhibits; and photo, baking, needlework and lego contests in the Grange building. Our fair midway will once again feature exciting rides and attractions, and the best fair food around.

Our entertainment lineup this year has something for everyone!

Middle School rules on Thursday evening with a performance by local rockers, Tail Pipe.
On Friday evening, we are pleased to welcome southern rockers The Brothers of the Road Band back to our stage for another great Allman Brothers tribute show.
Kids will love the Saturday afternoon performance by Annie and the Natural Wonder Band.
Later on Saturday, the Thunder Road Band takes the stage with their original rock 'n roll sound.
Our headline act for 2008 is The Psychedelic Shack Tour, with special guest Henry Gross ("Shannon") and featuring Shadows of Knight ("Gloria") and Nazz ("Hello, It's Me").
On Sunday, The Sundown Band brings their brand of hard-driving southern rock back to Yorktown.

Our Friend, we miss you.
1949 — 2007

With his wise humor and impish grin, Mike was in many ways the heart of the Yorktown Grange Fair for more than 20 years. Co-chair of the Flower Show and the Baking Contest for several years, Mike also served as co-chair of the fair for 2 years.

We miss more than what Mike did – we miss the way he brought joy to everything he touched. Mike infused every activity with energy and humor, turning the most mundane task into a fun activity. When exhaustion was on the verge of over-taking us, he lifted our spirits with a joke or funny story. He had a twinkle in his eye, a spring in his step and an upbeat comment on every occasion. Our dear friend, we truly miss you.

A true agricultural fair, unique in Westchester County, the Yorktown Grange Fair provides family fun and entertainment while preserving the rural heritage of northern Westchester. The Yorktown Grange Fair is presented annually by The Grange Fair Association, a not-for-profit, volunteer organization. Your admission fee and other fair revenues are used exclusively to fund next year's fair and support to local charities and service organizations.
